Canuck Compounders Inc. has over 25 years of experience and a current plant capacity in excess of 60 million pounds. We strive to provide our customers with only the highest quality in custom compounding in response to specific end-user applications. Canuck's technicians are specialists in the day-to-day practice of compounding, and are supported by modern test equipment, pilot plants, and the most advanced manufacturing machinery.

New investments are continuously being made to further expand our production facilities and research laboratories with the latest technological opportunities.

Partnership Approach:

Canuck's approach is to develop long-term relationships with its customers who are seeking to replace virgin compounds with reprocessed materials to suit their injection molding needs, or require very precise specification resins to enhance existing processes.

Custom Specification Compounding:

Canuck's specialty is in the compounding of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS and engineered resins of high quality and tight specification for use by our customers.

Testing and Material Management:

Canuck maintains an excellent quality assurance program for all materials. Two laboratories are located on the manufacturing site, a Quality Assurance Laboratory and a fully outfitted Research Laboratory. All raw materials are blended and tested for specifications prior to use in any formulated product.

Processing Capabilities:

Our enhanced blending capacity allows Canuck to blend up to 60,000 pounds of material per batch, providing excellent consistency from truckload to truckload. Canuck has silos for storage of bulk materials, and capacity for colour matching of materials.
